I would like to share a comforting Scripture with the family. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. Kristen and I were childhood friends. Our mothers were best friends. We went everywhere together. We once found an open bag of candy in a grocery store and took some. We felt so guilty that we ran straight to the church down rhe street to ask forgiveness for our terrible sin. We were only 8 or 9 years old. I'm so sorry that we lost touch with each other. My thoughts are with your family. I understand your sorrow as we have lost my daughter,s husband today to the same horrendous disease. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
