Glenn Roger Lynch, Sr. 61 formerly of Burlington passed away peacefully on Sunday July 10, 2016. 

Glenn was born in Rockingham County on August 5, 1954 the son of the late Lindsie Lynch and Sadie Perkins Lynch. He was employed as a carpet and tile installer for most of his life. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a son Glenn Roger Lynch, Jr.

Surviving in addition to his mother Sadie are one son, Eddie Lynch of Eli Whitney; two daughters, Rene' Knighten and husband Buck of Haw River and Sara Pore of Mebane; four brothers, Jerry Lynch of Elon, James Lynch of Burlington and John and Michael Lynch both of Gibsonville; a sister Regina Hatch of Burlington as well as five grandchildren. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 pm on Thursday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory with Rev. Steve Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
