To Dana's family from cousin Maria McCarthy. I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know him that well but really enjoyed reconnecting with him when he and Helen came to bury their mom's ashes.

We feel that we are very blessed in that we became not just acquaintances this past year, but friends as well. Keith really respected Dana and his ability to help on the projects that were going on. Bless you, Jeri, and let us know if we can help you in any way.

I am so sorry to hear of Dana's passing. He was my first brother-in-law. He was always such an interesting fellow even when he was 12 (when I first met him). I'm glad we shared rocks and fossil interests, even if not directly. My sincere condolences to his wife, family, his sister Helen, and his Dad.

Jeri, children, and Helen,

I am sorry for your loss. Cousin Dana was very helpful some years back when I was working on a genealogy project and contacted him by telephone. Prior to that we had not seen each other since childhood when he visited Maine.

I will miss my brother very much, he was always there for me and me for him. My heart is sad that I will never see or talk to him again. He was so interested in many things and shared his interests with me. He and Dad shared similar interests, and were so much alike. I love you Dana, Love your sister Helen

We were so fortunate Dana came into our lives and loved us for the majority of his life on earth. One day he just stepped in to raise 3 young children, I'm sure it wasn't always easy but he never gave up. We were very lucky he wanted to be our Dad. Dana was always so happy to listen and share his knowledge about any subject being discussed, he always wanted to help. I wish I would've told him more often I loved and appreciated him but I know he is at peace surrounded by all his beloved pets cruising around in that little black Luv truck. Love you Dana.
