Harold Stanton Watts, 91 years old, died August 12, 2016 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Harry was born April 8, 1925 in Pittsburgh PA, the son of Harold and Anna Gibbons Watts. He was an officer in the United States Navy during World War II and served in the Pacific. He worked as a manufacturing representative and industrial engineer for the steel industry in Pittsburgh. His wife, Lucille Leonard Watts, preceded him in death January 17, 2005. Harry and Lu were married for 59 years and had three children: Harold Leonard Watts and wife Patricia, Pamela Watts Murray and Karen Watts Yount and husband Russell. Harold Shawn Watts and his wife Brigitt, Traci Watts Gerlach and her husband Jared, Heather Watts Stearns and her husband Herb; Kendra Chittenden and her husband Mike, and George Andrew Bodnar and his wife Debbie; Also surviving are twelve great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
