The charges included in the package are for a complete traditional funeral service with cremation and include:
•Basic professional services of funeral director and staff
•Local transportation of your loved one into our care
•Embalming, dressing, casketing, cosmetology
•Use of Ceremonial Rental Casket
•Use of facilities for visitation and viewing 1 hour prior to the funeral service in our chapel
•Use of Omega’s Chapel for 1 hour for funeral or celebration of life service
•Memorial Package (includes register book, 50 photo DVD tribute, 100 color programs).
•Online obituary
•Crematory fee
Other 3rd party charges or services and merchandise that are optional: certified copies of death certificates, paid obituary notices in newspaper, additional time for public viewing and visitation, urn or jewelry selection.
Additional charges may apply if decedent is over 300lbs. SERVICE IS MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm.
