Wade Preston Salmon, Jr.

Wade Preston Salmon, Jr., 54, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at his home in Burlington. The graveside funeral service will be held at Alamance Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM. 

A creative soul who pushed against all boundaries, Preston was born on July 29, 1966 in Burlington, NC to Wade Preston Salmon, Sr. and Shirley Ann White Salmon. Preston graduated from Walter Williams High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Preceded in death by his mother, Shirley White Salmon, he is survived by his father, Wade Preston Salmon Sr.; sister, Candace Ann Salmon Hosey and husband, Patrick Hosey; and two nieces, Candace Pressley Cox and wife, Caitlin Cohn; and Catherine Gray Ann Cox.
