Vera May Schroeder, 94, resident of Twin Lakes Community, peacefully made her exodus from this world into the arms of our Lord on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020.
Vera was born in Michigan on April 27th, 1926 to Dora and Percival Parsons. She pursued her passion for music at Alma College, and served her various communities as piano teacher, church organist, choir member and director, for many of her years. She married Donald W. Schroeder and lovingly nurtured a family before retiring to New Port Richie, FL and eventually moving to NC.
Preceding her leaving this life were her parents, loving husband and other family and friends in the Lord.
Surviving are brother Ronald, children Suzanne, Richard and Kathy, grandchildren Stephanie, Jeremy, Nathaniel, Ben and Kayla, great grandchildren John and Levi. Memory of her life fills the hearts of many.
