Timothy "Timmy" Bradley Ray

Timothy "Timmy" Bradley Ray, 55 of Hillsborough passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2023 at his residence. 

Timmy was born in Durham on March 12, 1968 a son of Robert Timothy Ray and Teresa Chesbro Ray. Timmy was a jack of all trades, could fix anything and enjoyed riding his Harley. He would help anyone if they needed him to and truly had a servant's heart. He had a great sense of humor and was the life of any party. Tim worked as a maintenance technician in the restaurant industry and was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend. 

In addition to his parents, Timmy is survived by a son Tyler Ray (Ashton Cottle); two grandchildren, Brantley Ray and Natalie Ray; three sisters, Tammy Meeks (Jerry), Tracey O'Brien (Shane) and Tiffany Ray; a special brother Carlo Finazzo (Josephine); eleven nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews as well as many other family members and good friends. 

A celebration of  Timmy's life will be held at 12 noon on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the Omega Funeral Service & Crematory. The family will receive friends from 11 am until 12 noon prior to the service at the funeral home. There will be a luncheon following the service at the American Legion Durham Post 7, 406 E.
