Thomas Maultsby Obituary

Thomas Neill “Tee” Maultsby, Jr., 64, of Burlington, NC, passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2022.

Tee was the son of the late Thomas Neill Maultsby Sr. and Katherine Maultsby. He graduated from Walter M. Williams High school in 1976 and attended The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he played on the JV baseball team. Tee was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching just about any sporting event. He believed baseball to be the greatest game of all time and was a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dale Ganz. He is survived by his children Thomas Maultsby III, Maggie Sizemore and husband Chris, Mitchell Maultsby, and granddaughter Blakley, sister Nancy Ganz, brothers Rob Maultsby, Joe Maultsby and wife Carolyn, John Maultsby and wife Jennie, special friend Ellen Conrad, and many nieces,nephews and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Oct. 12 at 11:00 at First Baptist Church of Burlington, NC. 400 S Broad Street
