Regina Louise Thomas, 63, departed this earthly life for eternal glory on August 18, 2021 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.

Regina was born in Essex County, NJ on October 21, 1957 the daughter of the late Wallace Thomas and Martha Clark Thomas. She worked as an administrative assistant for most of her career and was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Friend. Regina enjoyed shopping, video games and music. Her son Jason and her grandchildren were her life as she loved them deeply. Overall family meant everything to Regina, she was always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone and truly had a heart of gold. 

Left to cherish her memory is one son Jason Thomas and wife Christina; six grandchildren, Shahanah Thomas, Tajaa Thomas, Nih’zha Thomas, Te’Zhan Fletcher, Nicky Colgan and Ashlee Colgan; two great grandchildren, Aliah Hunt and Amir Thomas; four brothers, Troy Thomas, Wallace Thomas, Michael Thomas and Charles Thomas (Catherine); a sister Marice Thomas (late Fred James); her beloved niece Nicole James and a host of other family members and friends.

A Home Going Celebration will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel.
