Patsy Gayle Adkins Hilton, 70, of Burlington passed away on May 15, 2021 at home. 

Patsy was born in Danville, Va. on November 23, 1950 the daughter of the late Boyd Adkins and Susie Farthing Adkins. She worked as a CNA for many years and was of the Christian faith.  

Surviving is her partner James Mebane;  two sons, John Gerringer (Laura) and Andy Gerringer (Tammy); a daughter Tammy Harvey; four grandchildren, Johnathon Gerringer, Amber Scoggins, Drew Gerringer and Noah Gerringer; two step grandchildren, John Hayes and David Hayes; three great grandchildren, Kaleb, Lilly and Braedyn; a brother, David Adkins (Tina) and four sisters, Ruby Conklin, Rachel Younger, Helen Peznosky and Hermine Harward. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the fellowship hall at Gibsonville Church of God. Memorials may be made to Animal Park at the Conservators Center in Mebane, Humane Society of Alamance County or to Gibsonville Church of God  1106 E Joyner St, Gibsonville, NC 27249.  You may leave an online condolence by visiting www.omegafsc.com.
