Pamela Sue Hurley

Burlington, NC — Pamela Sue Hurley, 66, passed away February 4, 2020.

Pamela grew up in Burlington, attended Cummings High School and lived in Mebane for many years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline Welch Hurley and Manley Banks Hurley, Sr., nephew Andrew Mock, and her partner Tony Everhart.

Pam is survived by her sisters, Becky Hurley Mock and husband John Mock of Mebane, NC; Vickie Hurley Maxwell; brothers, Manley B. Hurley, Jr. and Charles Marshall Hurley, all of Burlington, as well as five nieces and one nephew.  The family is grateful that Vickie was able to care for Pam at home during her lengthy time of disability and hospitalizations.  Pam endured a debilitating metabolic bone disorder, XLH (x-linked hypophosphatemia), her entire life.
