Michael Keith Terlep

Michael Keith Terlep, 51 years of age of Orange County died Thursday, March 19th as a consequence of a motor vehicle accident.

Mike was married to Paula Lee Medlin and the couple resided in Orange County.

Mike was born in Poughkeepsie, New York on October 15, 1968, the son of Ann L. Kandris of Hillsborough, NC and Kenneth D. Terlep of Cedar Grove, NC.  He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles and sometimes rode with local riding clubs.   Mike worked over the last 20 years in Orange and Durham counties in the fields of house painting and electrical contracting.  

Surviving are his wife; his parents; his stepmother Kathryn E. Terlep of Cedar Grove; his brother Mark K. Terlep (Joanne) of Peachtree Corners, GA; his stepbrothers Michael E. Spadafora of Mebane, NC, John N. Kandris, Jr. of Richmond, VA, and Stephen C. Kandris (Dawn) of Richmond, VA; his stepsister Laurie J. Afanador of Cedar Grove, NC; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.   Mike was predeceased by his stepfather, John N. Kandris, Sr. of Richmond, VA and his sister, Paula D. Terlep of Graham, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held at a future date, when events permit.
