Linda Gail Jeffries, 69 of Burlington passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday July 4, 2020.

Linda was born in Alamance County on October 18, 1950 the daughter of the late Elmer Hudson Jeffries, Sr. and Laura "Louise" Jeffries. She was a graduate of Eastern Alamance High School and attended Elon College. Linda was the office manager and helped run Jeffries Linoleum and Tile with her husband John. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Jeffries, Jr. and Ernest Jeffries.

Surviving are her husband of 52 years John Jeffries; three sisters, Alice Asbury, Ruth Fuller and Dinah Jeffries; two nieces, Audra Asbury and Shenae McPherson.
