Linda Carol Hoover

Linda Carol Hoover, 70 of Burlington passed away on June 29, 2019 at home. 

Linda was born in Pennsylvania on October 6, 1948 the daughter of the late Walter E. and Helen Berstler Adams. She worked as a CNA for many years and was many things to many people. Each life she touched was made better because of who she was and the love she gave so freely. She was well taken care of for 37 years by the love of her life Dale E. Hoover, Sr. who looked after her and saw her through the best and the worst. To her daughter Kimberly she was the love of her life "I will miss you dearly and I love you momma" ~ Kimberly Rose. 
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by four brothers, two sisters and a grandchild. 

Surviving in addition to her husband Dale of 37 years is her daughter Kimberly Uribe, grandchildren, Daniel Uribe, II and Cheyenne M. Uribe; one brother, Walter E Adams Jr, five step children as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the ladies of Hospice and Palliative Care for their kindness and care, special thank you to the Dove Notes from Lambs Chapel where Linda and Dale were members....the "Thinking of You" cards made her smile and also, thank you to her Sunday school class that she dearly loved.
There will be a celebration of life service that will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers and cards the family asks that memorials be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell in memory of Linda Hoover, 904 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
