Linda Lavonne Medlin Blackwood, 71 of Graham passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2021.

Linda was born in Durham on September 18, 1950 a daughter of the late Thomas Sidney Medlin and Hallie Wood Medlin. She worked for GE for many years and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Reba Wilkie and a brother Tommy Medlin.

Surviving is her husband of 27 years Dennis "Rock" Blackwood; a son Jonathon Davis; a daughter, Jennifer Shaw (Steve); her stepson, Brandon Blackwood (Nina); nine grandchildren, Sydni Shaw, Stephen Davis, Jacob Davis, Cayla Shaw, Cache Blackwood, Leah Blackwood, Victoria Blackwood, Corina Blackwood and Benjamin Blackwood; two sisters, Rhonda Flood and Mona Cox as well as numerous other family members and friends.
