Larry Dean Flynn, 67 of Burlington passed away peacefully on November 10, 2020 at AuthoraCare Collective Hospice Home.

Larry was born in Granville County on April 30, 1953 the son of the late Johnny Flynn and Joy Elizabeth Marr. He worked in the textile industry most of his life and was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Zelma Lipscomb and Becky Boggs.

Surviving are two daughters, Kimberly Griffin (Anthony) and Debbie Olsen (Gerry); two sisters, Wanda Smith (Johnny) and Cathy Flynn; a brother, Norman Flynn; eight grandchildren, Amber Olsen, Corbin Olsen, Taylor Olsen, Makayla Whitt, Brian Whitt, Jr., Austin Whitt, Katelynn Whitt and Anthony Griffin, Jr.; two great grandchildren, Ava Andrews and Ameila Andrews and numerous other family members and friends who he loved.
