Kathy Winn Obituary

Kathy M. Winn passed away on June 17, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. Kathy was born June 10, 1953 in Alamance County to the late James Harvard and Maydell Winn.

Kathy worked for the Alamance County Tax Office as a Customer Service Admin. She was a life-long, active member of Berea Christian Church, where she wore many hats through the years. She loved the Lord and it was evident daily in her words and actions.

Kathy is survived by her sister, Cindy Reese (Tony); brother, Jim Winn; niece, Dawn Williams (Paul); nephews, John Winn Jr (Tracy), Dillon Reese, Jason and Austin Winn; great-nieces, Caitlin and Emily Williams, Graci Winn; great-nephew, Gabe Williams. Kathy was predeceased by her brother, John Winn Sr.

A celebration of life will be held at 11am, Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Berea Christian Church. The family will receive friends from 6pm-9pm Friday, June 19, 2020 at Berea Christian Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in memorial of Kathy Winn to the Hospice of Alamance/Caswell (AuthoraCare) or Berea Christian Church.
