James Alfred Crutchfield

James Alfred Crutchfield, Jr., 68 of Haw River passed away unexpectedly at home on November 27, 2021. 

James was born in Alamance County on November 20, 1953 a son of the late James Alfred Crutchfield and Goldie Alvis Crutchfield. He was a US Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and was employed as a plumber for most of his career. He was a 1973 graduate of Graham High School and was a loving son, brother and uncle. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Crutchfield and a sister Pat Easter.

Surviving are a brother, Woody Crutchfield (Teresa); a sister, Mary McCormick (Richard); a special friend, Angie Benton; numerous nieces, nephews, family members and good friends. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 pm on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel with Pastor Scott Reavis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Military honors will follow the service in the chapel.
