Sebastian Martinez Diaz, infant son of Raul Martinez Mendoza and Fatima Diaz Chavez gained his angels wings on May 24, 2022 at UNC Healthcare Chapel Hill.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his brothers, Henry Martinez Diaz, Dyland Martinez Diaz and Alexis Martinez Diaz.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Alamance Memorial Park.
