Ignacio Harry Herrera, Jr.

Ignacio “Harry” Herrera, Jr. of Asheboro, North Carolina passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at the age of 82. After several months of declining health, Harry died peacefully with his beloved family by his side.

Harry was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 21, 1940. He was the youngest of twin boys and had three older sisters.
He loved tinkering with old cars and owned many over his lifetime. He loved jazz music, old movies and sitcoms. His favorite place was Hilton Head Island, SC where he went annually with his family for many years. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and he was very interested in the lives of his grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio Harry Herrera, Sr. and Rose Herrera, his twin brother Anthony Herrera and his sisters Lillian LaRoche, Ann Pollack and Juanita Candow. He is survived by his daughters Michelle Schobert and Amanda Bridges; grandchildren Cassidy Schobert, Courtney Schobert and Samantha Roberts.
