Deborah Kay Allred

Deborah Kay Allred was born on October 20, 1959 in Medina county Ohio and passed away on February 16, 2020 in Alamance County NC at the age of 60 after a grueling fight with cancer. She is survived by her husband, Marshall "Brent" Allred, her daughter Heidi Witte and her husband Todd, her three sons Brian Meador, Justin Allred and his wife Amanda, and Zachary Allred, and her six grandchildren Hunter, Cheyenne, Gianni, Greenleigh, Adaline, and Jaxon.

We all know her as, Debby. She was an inspiration to a lot of people, and came a long way to find peace in her final years.  

Debby had such character and such charisma and was loved by so, so many. She was the strongest, most stubborn woman you ever met. She would be quick to tell you “PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER” and would not back down to anybody. She was intelligent, witty, and quick with a comeback. With so much personality and all that sass, she could haggle with the best. She was a great mother, a caring grandmother, a wonderful wife, and she will be deeply missed by all.

Her service will be held at Hope Church in Burlington at 2pm on Friday 2-21-2020. We encourage all who had contact with her and the family to come out so together we can celebrate her life. Food will be served following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to  Residential Treatment Services of Alamance 136 Hall Avenue Burlington, NC 27215.
