Bonnie Lou Gooch Walker 71 of Burlington, NC passed away on  Monday, March 13th, 2023 at home. 

Bonnie was born in Alamance County, NC on September 21st, 1951 the daughter of the late James William Gooch Sr. and Lois Loftis Gooch. She was employed at Walmart for roughly 30 years. Bonnie enjoyed reading, sitting outside, and spending time with family. 

Surviving are Husband, Robert Danny Walker, son William Scott (Scotty) Walker, daughter Angela Dawn Coble (Lindsay), son Robert Bryant Walker (Jana). Sister Phyllis Liggins (Gurney) brother Basil Gooch, Granddaughter Skylar Dawn Kerr and three grandsons Justin Kerr, Adam Kerr, and Cole Walker and lots of nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by brother James William Gooch Jr. (surviving wife Barbara), sister Carolyn Gooch Tate (Wayne), sister in law Deborah Gooch. 

A celebration of life will be held at 1pm on Saturday March 25, 2023 at Open Bible Baptist Church at 610 S Beaumont Ave, Burlington, NC with Paster Steve Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends at the home on March 25th, 2023 following the services. You may share an online condolence by visitng www.omegafsc.com.
