Bonnie Lee Foster Thompson, 70 of Graham went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Duke University Medical Center. 

Bonnie was born in Alamance County on September 12, 1951 the daughter of the late Joseph Francis Foster and Thelma Smith Foster. She helped her husband Norman Thompson, Jr run their catering business, Tar Heel Catering and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Norman Thompson, Jr. and a brother, Edward Francis Foster. 

Surviving are two daughters, Laurie Lloyd (Rodney) and Nicole Johnson (Josh); a son, Chuck Thompson (Jamie); four grandchildren, Allison Thompson, Hannah Church, Gabriel Johnson and Lane Finch; two sisters, Vickey Turner (Dink) and Ruth Foster as well as many other family members and friends. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, September 23rd at Phillips Chapel UMC Cemetery with Rev. Mark Stephens officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Chuck and Jamie Thompson, 5844 South Highway 49 Burlington, NC 27215.
