William Joseph "Mr. Bill" DeClark, Jr., 91 a US Navy Veteran of Burlington passed away peacefully at home on Thursday November 8, 2018.
William was born in Warren, Ohio on January 9, 1927 the son of the late William DeClark, Sr and Bertha Gowman DeClark. He was employed as a machinist for many years and was a US Navy WW II Veteran. He was known as "Mr Bill" at the flea market where he spent a lot of his time. William had a love of photography and electronics as well as spending time with his family. On May 26, 1961 he married the former Mildred Irene Lehew who survives him.
Surviving in addition to his wife Millie are three sons, B.J.(Kat), Frank and Ken (Wanda); four daughters, Debra, Brenda, Joyce (Perry) and Pam (Mark); 20 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 pm on Friday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and all other times at the home. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
