Willard Meeks Obituary

Willard "Ray" Meeks 77 of Hillsborugh NC passed away peacefully on May 11, 2018. He was born September 14, 1940 to the late Adolphus E. & Virginia T. Meeks of Virginia. He was also predeceased by a son Roy Dale Meeks, 3 brothers Everett W. Meeks, Cecil C. Meeks, Jerry D. Meeks and 2 sisters Juanita B. Furrow and Barbara J. Collins.
He is survived by his children Kenny Meeks, Susan Meeks Stevens (Matt) and Rachael Meeks, 6 grandchildren Kendall Meeks, Nicholas Stevens, Kennysan Meeks, Kayden Meeks, Isabella Kearns and Taylor Kearns. He is also survived by 3 brothers Thomas B. Meeks, Russell W. Meeks, Grady A. Meeks and 2 sisters Shirley J. Belcher and Elva M. Meeks and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on June 2, 2018, 2 pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsborough, NC. Following the service there will be a dinner/reception. Anyone who would like to bring food/drinks for the family may do so on that day.
