Roxanne Lynn Cummings, 57 of Burlington passed away peacefully on Saturday July 21, 2018 at Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.
Roxanne was born in Lake County, IL. on August 26, 1960 the daughter of the late Eliud Alton Cummings and the former Nettie Jean Austin (Cummings).
Surviving are two sons, Jonathan Cummings and wife Nichole and Allen J. "AJ" Baldwin; three brothers, Garey Cummings and wife Nancy, Dennis Cummings and wife Angie and Michael Cummings; three grandchildren, Hailey, Joanna and Austin and special friends, Christine and Pam.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 pm on Wednesday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
