Robert Scott Tickle

Robert Scott Tickle, 76 of Mebane passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at UNC Healthcare Hillsborough. 

Robert was born in Alamance County on June 9, 1942.  He was the former owner and operator of Tax Prep in Mebane and worked for many years in the textile industry. 
He was the son of the late Clyde and Emma Martin Tickle. Preceding him in death was his brother  "Butch" Tickle.  Surviving are his son Chris Tickle and wife Michelle; his daughter Carol Jeanette Tickle; a his sister Roseanne Tickle Brown; six grand children, Jennifer Whitlow and husband TJ, Terrie Tickle, Jeff Tickle; Erika and Tiffany Godfrey, Sammy Tickle; and eleven great grand children, 

A Celebration of his Life Service will be held at 7 pm on Monday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends before the service from 6-7 pm Monday at the funeral home. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
