Patrick Lee "Panhead" Isley

Patrick Lee “Panhead” Isley, 57 of Burlington passed away on May 26, 2019.

Panhead was born in Alamance County on October 12, 1961 the son of the late Buddy Lee Isley and Sylvia “Kay” Quakenbush Rackley. He was paint and body man most of his life and was a graduate of Eastern Alamance Class of 1979. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his stepfather Bobby Rackley and uncle Charles Rackley.

Surviving are his mother Kay Rackley and husband Lacy Huffman; a daughter Jessica Leanne Isley (Michael Coggins); two grandchildren, Brayleigh Pike and Remi Coggins; the mother of his daughter and grandmother of his grandchildren, Lisa Isley; a sister Beth Sheffield and husband Terry; two nephews, Shane Rivers and Nick Rivers; a great niece Susannah Rivers; a great nephew Payton Rivers; his companion and girlfriend, Vickie Clark as well as many other family members and great friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 PM  on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-7 PM prior to the service.
