Mary "Ruth" Sutley Anderson, 92 a resident of Presbyterian Home of Hawfields passed away on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Presbyterian Home of Hawfields. 

Ruth was born in Lee County, Florida on October 19, 1925 the daughter of the late Joseph and Lida Nichols Sutley. She was a homemaker all her life, enjoyed gardening and was of Christian faith. 

Surviving are her husband of 56 years Joel "Andy" Anderson of Mebane; a daughter Ginger Murzda and husband Chris of Haw River; a son Danny Busey and wife Caroline of Tallahassee and Pace Florida; a sister Betty Lowery of Cantonment, Florida; a brother Buddy Sutley of Bayminette, Alabama; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 noon on Friday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
