Joseph Julius White, 62 of Graham passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at his residence.
Joseph was born in Alamance County on June 10, 1954 the son of the late William Franklin and Ethel Marie White. He was employed as a truck driver for many years and was a loving father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife Margie Moore White, two sisters, Fannie Alston and Patricia W. Lloyd and two brothers Harold White and Coy White.
Surviving are two daughters, Ronnika Gray of Greensboro and Kalani Graves and husband Michael of Graham; two sons, Erick Ray and wife Tiffani of Burlington and Derrick Ray of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother Tommy White and wife Darlene of Snow Camp; and seven grandchildren, Meleyah Graves, Julius Gray, Kiandra Bullock, Terrell Bullock, Ericka Ray, Xavier Ray and Terrence Ray.
A Home Going Celebration will be held at 2 pm on Monday at Omega Funeral Service and Crematory Chapel. Interment will follow at Northlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 until 2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Public viewing will be from 10 am until 1 pm. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
