Jeri Lynn Loy, 62 of Elon died on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at home.
Jeri was born in Fort Bragg, NC on December 17, 1956. She was the daughter of Conrad Paul May and Carolyn Hart May Hinson. She was employed as a cook for many years. She loved fishing at the beach, spending time with her family, classic rock, and movies. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Vincent and Robert May.
Surviving are her husband Ervin Loy of Elon, son Justin Loy, grandchildren Addisyn and Nathan Loy, brother Kevin May, and sister Mary Ann Sutton.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on January 10, 2019 at Altamahaw Baptist Church, 3445 Altamahaw Church Street, Elon, NC 27244, with Dr. Steve Tucker officiating.
