Edwin" Red" Vernon Lindley ,72 of Mebane, NC passed away on August 10, 2018 at Alamance Health Care in Burlington, NC. He was born in Graham, NC and lived in Mebane, NC. He is survived by his wife Slyvia "Penny" King Lindley and sister Mary Lindley Rabon
He was preceded in death by his father Woodrow W. Lindley and his mother Mary Ruth Martin Lindley and brother Woodrow W. Lindley.

The family would like to thank Alamance Health Care and Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance Caswell for their wonderful care and love given to Red.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday August 22nd from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at his sister's home on 632 New Street, Graham, NC.
