I am truly sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I just found out moments ago and I am shocked to say the least. I hadn't seen or heard from him in several weeks on Facebook, and wondered what was wrong, clicked on his page and saw that he had passed away. My deepest sympathies to you Ava and Jason.

Ava, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew something was wrong when I seen his name missing from my Facebook page. Although I never met you (AVA) or Doug personally, I did talked to Doug in private chat about Rusty. He always spoke so highly of you and it's as if I knew you, him, Bear and Rusty. The last conversation we had was he was thanked me for putting up some new flyers I had made of Rusty. I went to several of the vet offices and put up some because some had been remove being they had been up so long. God Bless you and your family. My heart is broken but I know he is in a much better place. Godspeed my friend.

We can look forward to the day when there will be no more sickness and death. Revelation 21:4 says: "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Isaiah 33:24, 1 Corinthians 15:26) jw.org.

I will always remember Doug for his ornery smile and practical jokes. He was a funny member of the class of 72, RIP classmate,

I'm so very sorry to read the passing of your husband. I lost mine in January. Have relocated and will start a new life with my rescue dogs. It's a struggle; but after losing my youngest child a few years ago; I'm learning to cope. My thoughts and prayers are wit you and your family. Jill

The death of a loved one is hard to bear. Please take comfort in knowing that your heavenly father understands your pain as he too experienced the death of his son, Jesus Christ. Job 14: 14, 15 shows that God yearns to bring your dear loved one back to life. For more information about God’s promises, please visit the website JW.ORG. Please accept my heartfelt condolence for your loss.
