Bobby Lee Westbrooks, 72 of Burlington, a US Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on Monday February 19, 2018 at Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.
Bobby was born in Person County on November 15, 1945 the son of the late John and Cora Westbrooks. He was a US Army Veteran and worked in the building maintenance industry.
Surviving are his children, Roland Lee Westbrooks (Kim), Robert Earl Westbrooks (Angela) and Sandra Westbrooks Bridges (Frank); several brothers and sisters; nine grandchildren, Ashely Eller, Crystal Westbrooks (Josh), Houston Westbrooks, Josh Westbrooks, Leanna Westbrooks, Robert Westbrooks, Jr., Brittany Westbrooks, Brandi Bridges and Chelsey Bridges and eight great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 noon on Friday in the chapel of Omega Funeral Service & Crematory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
