Allen Cecil Ray, Jr. 65 of Burlington passed away on January 13, 2018. 

Allen loved fishing and going to the Outer Banks and he knew those beaches like the back of his hand! 
He loved "storytelling" and he knew and told some of the best stories anyone had ever heard... Everything from ghost stories to stories about the Civil War. He was never at a loss for words and he never met a stranger. He was proud of his family and what we'd give if we could say hello Dad, and the same old way.
Allen Ray Jr. will be missed. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 pm on Friday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com. Arrangements are in the care of Omega Funeral Service & Crematory.
