BURLINGTON 

Vicki Holder Schools, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Peak Resources with her family by her side.  Vicki was born in Danville, Va., the daughter of Capt. Eugene Holder and the late Elizabeth Holder.  She worked as a registered nurse until her retirement.  She was a member of the Greensboro Mennonite Church.  A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  

Vicki is survived by her husband Donald Schools of 41 years; daughter, Yvette(Don) Scott of Haw River, NC; Dana(Tim) Gregor of Jamestown, NC; grandchildren; Lauren Schools of Graham, NC; Jessica Gregor(Isaac Smith) of Greensboro, NC; Avery Montgomery of Allston, Ma; Ian Montgomery of Haw River, NC; Joey Gregor of Jamestown, NC; Hillary Montgomery of Haw River, NC; her father, Eugene Holder of Danville, Va and sister Patricia Marlowe of Danville, Va. She was preceded in death by her mother and infant brother.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory.
