Toni Jones McClain of Burlington died Friday, June 9th at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, NC. Toni was born in Elizabeth City, NC on April 12, 1951, the daughter of Oscar William Jones and Nayomie Forbes Perry, both deceased.  She was the owner of her own Janitorial service for over 30 years. Toni also enjoyed taking care of her many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren; she loved to cook and being outdoors. 

Surviving are sons Chris McClain of Burlington, and Josh McClain also of Burlington; grandchildren Alex McClain, Aaron McClain and Noah Herndon; brothers Wayne Jones of Washington State, Glenn Jones of Elizabeth City, NC, Phillip Jones, and Kent Jones of Burlington.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Sheryl McClain, and brother Lannie Jones. 

A celebration of life service will be held at Hawfields Presbyterian Church of Mebane at 1 pm on Sunday, June 18th with Pastor David Ealy officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service in the church parlor and at other times at the home of Chris McClain at 511 Atwater Street, Burlington.  Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
