Swidler, Sharoan B., 75, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday November 30, 2016.

Sharoan was born in St. Joseph, Missouri to Imie and Bess (Krankurs) Garelich and moved to Dallas, Texas in 1960 where she married and raised her two daughters, Nicole and Ashley. She began a long and successful career in real estate in Dallas in 1976 and moved to Clearwater Florida in 1986 with her companion, Frederic Bertram. She continued her career in real estate in Florida until her retirement. Sharoan loved the arts and volunteered for several years at the Florida Holocaust Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2014 Sharoan moved to Overland Park, Kansas to spend time with her family before moving to Mebane, North Carolina in 2015 to live with her daughter Nicole Belling and son-in-law Scott Belling. Sharoan was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Swidler, companion Frederic Bertram, and her parents Imie and Bess Garelich.

She is survived by her daughter Nicole Belling (Scott), her sister Barbie Glass (Richard), nephews Louis Glass, Douglas Glass, Trent Glass (Jana), and many cousins.
