Burlington,

Rosalie Williams Stensland, a resident of Burlington passed away on February, 15th 2017 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill surrounded by her loving family.

Rosalie was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 25th, 1952. She was employed by Burlington Parks & Recreation for many years and also served on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Health Services. Rosalie was very passionate about her work with children and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include, three children, Antonio Aguilar and wife Kim of Mebane, Ricardo Aguilar and wife Carolina of Burlington and Dawn Aguilar of Burlington;  grandchildren Briana Aguilar, Antonio Jordan Aguilar, Noah Rogers, Jaylen Aguilar, Natalie Trosper, Addie Clark, Haleigh Minnis, Sarah Kate Minnis and Finley Aguilar; and a sister Elaine Williams Gonzales of Uniondale, NY and her husband Jose.  

A Celebration of Life Service will held at 1:00PM  on Tuesday, February 21st at Grace Reformed Baptist Church, 939 South Third St.,  Mebane, NC 27302 with Pastor Andy Dunkerton officiating.
