Linda Kay Vickery Jessup, 67 of Burlington passed away on Thursday April 21, 2016 at Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell. 

Linda was born in Greensboro on August 24, 1947 the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn Quate Vickery. She was employed for many years as the office manager with Military Living and was of Christian faith. She was a member of Saint Marks Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. On October 23, 1976 she married Joseph Jessup who survives her. 

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are one son, Joseph Bryant Jessup and wife Crystal; a daughter Carmen Choi and husband Sung; two sisters, Rebecca Burton and husband Steven and Donna Allen; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Joohae Choi and Alexis Jooyeon Choi.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday at Julian United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 pm prior to the service at the church.
