Siler City, NC - Larry Winstead, 65 passed away Sunday September 25, 2016 at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital.

Larry was born in Alamance County to the late Wilbert Winstead and Ester Winstead. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sister Ellen Blackmon, and Brother Wille P. Winstead. He attended Central High School and graduated from Southern Alamance High School and was a Certified Medical Assistant for many years.

Survivors are Daughter Tara Tinnin, Grandchild Ashlyn Tinnin, Sisters Ella W. Troxler, Corene Graves (Finley Graves), and Brother Charlie J. Winstead (Cordelia) all of Burlington, NC. A long time special friend Mary Fortner of Siler City, NC. A host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
