James Beamer Hopkins, 64 of Gibsonville passed away Wednesday February 15, 2017 at his residence.

James was born in Danville, Virginia on June 27, 1952 the son of the late Joseph Hurley Hopkins and Katherine Hubbard Hopkins. He was a US Navy Veteran and was employed in construction for many years. He was a caring and loving husband to wife, Michele...also step-father to Amanda Jones and Matthew Dellinger.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife Michele Jackson Hopkins; two daughters; two brothers, Charles Hopkins and Joseph Hopkins; a half sister Debbie Harrington and a half brother Bobby Olivaris as well as three grandchildren.
