MRS. Frances G, Baker of 108 Apple St. went to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven on Sunday, July 10, 2016. 

Frances was a homemaker and a member of “Today’s Church of Hope” for many years attending as regular as her health would allow her to. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Susie Grissom, husband, Alex Baker, Daughter, Nannie Sherrill, Son, Henry Baker and Grandson, William M McFatter.

Surviving are two Daughters, Mary McFatter and Husband Mark of Elon, NC and Alice Jernigan & Husband Richard of Gibsonville, NC.three sons, Jimmy Baker & Wife Agnes of Burlington, NC; Alex Baker Jr. of Elon, NC; and Rev. William L. Baker and wife Vickie of Gibsonville, NC. One Sister: Hazel Grissom of the home. Special Niece and Nephews: Amanda Harper, Tommy Baker and Billy Grissom 22 Grandchildren, 48 Great Grandchildren and Numerous Nephews and Nieces.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 pm on Wednesday at Gibsonville Christian Church 325 Burke St. Gibsonville, NC. with her son Rev. William Baker and niece Pastor Amanda Harper officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 pm prior to the service at the church.
