Reidsville,
Bobby Joe Helbert, 68 of Reidsville passed away at home on Tuesday November 14, 2017. 
Bobby was born in Richlands, VA on October 7, 1949 the son of the late Clarence and Carrie Helbert. He was a retired mill worker and loved to hunt and fish. On September 19, 1991 he married the former Thelma Gerringer who survives him of the home. 
Surviving in addition to his wife Thelma Helbert are his son Will Helbert; a daughter Carrie Murphy and husband David; brothers Larry Helbert,  Randy Helbert, Melvin Helbert, Jerry Helbert, Mike Helbert and David Helbert; sisters, Sue Lowe, Lois Farmer and Katherine Vencill. 
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 4-6 pm on Friday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com. Arrangements are in the care of Omega Funeral Service and Crematory.
