Amanda Grace Shively, 34, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 8.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Edwin B. Shively, Sr.; grandparents, Clara Ellen Winn Shively and Edwin Lee Shively; and grandparents, Florentena Darling and Clifford Shaut.
Amanda’s death leaves a void for so many who always looked forward to her contagious smile, her unmistakable voice, her kind-hearted, forgiving spirit and a positivity that radiated from her every day. She had an unwavering faith that brought her through challenges and obstacles, guiding her to a happy, positive time her in life. Amanda left this world at far too young of an age and before she had a chance to live her life to its fullest potential.
She was truly a unique soul who is now at peace, flying with the other angels and embraced by the loved ones who have gone before her.
She is survived by her son, Christian Steele; her mother, Sherry Ingelheim, and husband, Nathan; her brother, Edwin B. Shively, Jr.; brother and sister, Ethan and Makenzie Shively; stepbrother, Dustin Ingelheim, and wife, Kristen; stepbrother, Hunter Ingelheim; a host of aunts and uncles, including Rose and Keith Winn; special, lifelong friends, Shelby Steele and Jessica Long; and many cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 515 N. Marshall Street, Graham, NC with Rev. Norman Fargis officiating.
